What Find My Property does

Most property websites are advertising boards. You search, you find a phone number, and from that point you are on your own — calling five different people about the same property, being sent things that do not match what you asked for, and never being sure who you are actually speaking to.

Find My Property works differently. We publish properties, but the search is only the front door. Behind it is a service: you tell us what you need, we work out which properties genuinely fit, we identify the right property representative, and we arrange the visit. You deal with us throughout.

Our main operating market is Mysore (Mysuru), Karnataka. We also assist customers in other locations, and we add new cities and areas as our coverage grows.

How property discovery works with us

1. You tell us what you need. Either by searching the site and enquiring about a specific property, or by sending a requirement through Find a Property For Me.
2. We capture the enquiry. Every enquiry becomes a tracked record with its own reference, so nothing gets lost between people.
3. We identify the right representative. Based on the property, the location and the type of transaction.
4. We arrange the visit. We agree a date and time that works for you, confirm it with the representative, and send you the details.
5. The representative shows you the property in person. Someone who knows the property and the area.
6. You decide. We stay involved through negotiation and closing, and we follow up afterwards.

How local property representatives fit in

Mysore's property market runs substantially on local knowledge — people who know which streets flood, which layouts have Cauvery water, which sites have clean papers. We work with a network of local brokers and property representatives rather than pretending we can replace them.

What we change is the customer's side of that relationship. Enquiries come to Find My Property first. We hold the record, we make the introduction, and we remain accountable for the experience. Representative contact details are not published on the site by default — not to be obstructive, but because it is the only way to keep attribution, service quality and follow-up under one roof.

How Find My Property makes money

We want to be direct about this, because it explains our incentives.

Customers are not charged a platform fee by Find My Property. Searching, enquiring, sending a requirement and going on a property visit cost you nothing.

We are paid by the participating property representative after a successful sale, rental or lease. If nothing completes, we are not paid. That means we have no reason to push you towards a property that does not suit you — a wasted visit costs us as well as you.

It also means you should read our recommendations for what they are: informed, locally grounded, and commercially interested in a transaction eventually happening. We would rather tell you honestly that an area is wrong for you than burn your trust on a bad match.

What we do not do

• We do not provide legal advice. Verify documents independently and take your own legal advice before any transaction.
• We do not guarantee prices, availability or approvals. Information comes from owners and representatives and can change.
• We do not publish reviews, testimonials, statistics or awards we cannot stand behind. Where a number appears on this site, it is derived from our own listings and labelled as such.
