Illustrative examples only, using round numbers. A broker's own commission — often around 1% or 2% of a sale value, or around one month's rent on a letting — is set between the broker and their client, not by us, and varies. Our share, and whether any commission applies at all, depends on the commercial agreement with that particular partner and on the property.
Questions people ask
Do I pay anything to use this service?
No. We do not charge property seekers a service fee for browsing, searching, enquiring, speaking with our team, property matching, visit coordination, or using the website. The property transaction itself still involves its own costs — purchase price or rent, security deposit, registration, stamp duty, taxes, loan costs, legal fees and government charges. Those are not ours and we do not receive them.
Why can I not see the owner or broker contact details on a listing?
Enquiries come to us first so that we understand what you actually need, identify the right property and the right contact, coordinate the visit, and stay with the enquiry afterwards. It also lets us record that the introduction came through us, which is how we are paid. Contact details for the relevant property contact are shared as part of coordinating your visit.
What happens to my details when I enquire?
We record your enquiry and share your contact details and requirement with the relevant property owner, broker, agent, builder or developer so they can respond and the visit can be arranged. We say so on every form before you submit it. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
Am I obliged to buy or rent after a visit?
No. Enquiring and visiting carry no obligation. Tell us it is not right and we will keep looking.
If customers pay nothing, how do you make money?
We may receive a commission or referral payment from the property owner, broker, agent, builder or developer after a transaction that came through us completes. It depends on the agreement we have with that partner. Worked examples are shown on this page.
Can't find what you're looking for?
Tell us your requirement — location, budget, size and timeline — and our property network will check available options, including properties that aren't published on the site yet. There is no platform fee for customers.
