How to post a house for rent in Mysore
Use the form above. Choose Rent as the deal type, give the locality, the monthly rent and the deposit, and add photographs — a listing with photographs gets materially more enquiries than one without. You do not need to be a broker, and there is no charge to list.
How to list a site or plot for sale
Choose Sale, pick the site dimension, and say plainly what the approval status is — MUDA, panchayat, DTCP or revenue. Approval is the first question every site buyer asks, and a listing that answers it up front is the one that gets the call. If you are unsure, this guide explains what MUDA approved actually means.
What you need before you start
- The locality, and the site dimension or built-up area
- Your asking price, or the rent and deposit
- Approval and khata status, as far as you know it
- Photographs — exterior, main rooms and the approach road
- A number we can reach you on. It is never published.
What it costs
Nothing to list, and nothing to keep the listing up. We are paid by the property partner after a completed transaction that came through us — the commission and how it is calculated are set out on how it works and partner with us.
How long it takes to go live
The submission is marked Pending Review the moment you send it. We check the details and call you to confirm price, availability and approvals before anything is published. Once it clears review it goes live with its own Property ID and appears under the right buy, rent or lease section.
How enquiries reach you, and what stays private
Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email are used to contact you and are never published on the property page. Buyers and tenants contact Find My Property, and we pass a qualified enquiry to you. That is the point of the intermediary: your number does not end up on a public listing page for anyone to scrape.
Questions about listing a property
Is it free to post a property in Mysore?

Do I have to be a broker to list?
No. Owners list directly, and most of what we publish comes from owners.
Will my phone number be published on the listing?
No. Your contact details are used by us to reach you and are never shown on the public property page. Enquiries come through Find My Property.
How long before my property appears on the site?
It is marked Pending Review immediately. We confirm the details with you by phone, then publish. It goes live with its own Property ID.
Can I list a property for rent as well as for sale?
Yes — choose the deal type on the form. Rent, sale and lease are each handled separately.
