What to expect on a property visit
We confirm the slot with the owner or the property partner before you travel, so you are not standing outside a locked gate. Someone from our side goes with you where we can, with the context you gave us already in hand.
What to check while you are there
- Measure the site or the rooms — do not take the listing on trust
- Road width and the approach in a vehicle you would actually drive
- Water supply, and whether there is a borewell or a sump
- Ask for the approval and khata status in writing before any advance
- Go back at a different time of day if you are serious
Before you commit, read what MUDA approved means and the difference between A-khata and B-khata.
